Vehicle modifications can potentially affect safety, handling, and stability of the vehicle. The consumer accepts all responsibility for all resulting changes and modifications to said vehicle(s) and all potential risks.

The installation of RYDMAN RANCH Co. products may adversely affect other vehicle components, safety equipment or manufactured goods (collectively "goods"). RYDMAN RANCH Co. assumes no responsibility for any damage to goods, or bodily injury that may arise due to failure of goods and/or due to installation and/or use, either proper or improper, of its products or parts. Products should always be installed by qualified/certified personnel and repeatedly checked during normal operational use.

 

Any issues with parts not manufactured by RYDMAN RANCH Co. must be taken up with the manufacturing company. This includes 3rd party parts and components that were purchased through RYDMAN RANCH Co.

 

You have 14 days from delivery to inform us of any missing/damaged/etc parts.

 

No refunds, return, exchanges. All deposits are non-refundable. This includes, but not limited to, timeline delays, project changes, unforeseen customer financial situations, or 3rd party delays.

 

Upon completion of your order, you have 14 days to pick up or make shipping arrangements for your order. After that storage fees of $1.50/sqft/day will be incurred unless prior arrangements are made. After 30 days of non-payment of storage fees, your parts and deposit will be forfeited.
